General secretarial duties include the maintenance of case files; entry of case report data into STAC (internal case tracking database); logging of files; a variety of secretarial tasks, including but not limited to, uploading informations, requests for certified copies of convictions, word processing of correspondence, appointment letters and scanning. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior organizational skills, flexibility, and a willingness to perform additional duties as requested.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from a standard high school and three years of data entry and/or clerical experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required for employment. As an alternative, an equivalency diploma issued by a state department of education or by the United States Armed Forces Institute, or a qualifying score on the Division of Personnel Educational Attainment Comparison Test may be substituted for high school graduation.
Clerk of Courts database, Word and Excel experience desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment is a must.
