The Marketing Coordinator responds to guest feedback in a timely manner in the Burger Lounge voice with the goal of turning critics into loyalists. S/he is an amazing writer, resourceful, a problem-solver, a patient listener, and most of all empathetic to our guests. The Marketing Coordinator also assists with welcoming guests to the support centre and some office management tasks as needed.

Essential Functions Marketing Coordinator:

  • Respond to reviews and guest inquiries within two (2) hours
  • Ability to use advanced creative writing skills (excellent grammar, spelling and tone)
  • Archive reviews and share with the field
  • Respond to fundraising and partnership requests
  • Fulfil Marketing supply requests
  • Maintain supply closet neat and organized
  • Manage Gift Card fulfilment


  • Assist with the identification and on boarding of field staff
  • Make daily service calls to clients to see if they require staffing assistance
  • Maintain accurate and the timely updating of client job orders in the database
  • Keep accurate schedules of employees and their assigned jobs
  • Assist with after-hour calls for the scheduling of employees to fill client job needs (as needed)
  • Accurately process weekly payroll
  • All other duties and projects as assigned

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to stack, move, and sort products weighing up to 165 lbs. for delivery loads
  • Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variation
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Be able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
  • Be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Preferred Skills:

  • Genuine customer service, outgoing and friendly personality desired
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dropbox
  • Great attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.20 to $19.00 /hour
