[Full-time] Night Auditor at Schulte Companies


Location: Wyoming
Description:

  • Audits the daily guest ledger
  • Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax
  • Ensures accuracy of all charges to the guest folios
  • Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, gift shop and other departments
  • Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations
  • Monitors hotel security camera system
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role
  • Knowledge of PMS
  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team player
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests
  • Proficiency in most computer software
  • Basic accounting/math skills
