Member Service Specialist (formerly known as a Teller) / Espanola
Del Norte is seeking a dynamic full-time Member Service Specialist to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence,
The successful candidate will provide assistance to our valued members and be responsible for processing a variety of paying and receiving transactions and for balancing cash daily, opening new accounts & maintenance while providing outstanding member service. We are seeking out-going & friendly, professional, self-motivated candidates with strong customer service skills, high attention to detail and effective communication skills. Must be available to work some Saturdays.
Minimum requirements include H.S . Diploma or GED. Prior customer service and cash handling experience, strong computer and math skills, including proficient 10-key skills; solid organizational skills and proven job stability a plus. Requirements include at least 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience. Previous financial institution experience preferred.
