[Full-time] Customer Service Representative at


Location: Utah
Description:

Start date: as soon as Nov 18
Opening or closing schedules, M-F between 8 AM and 6 PM (no weekends).

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set up payments and update billing information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Customer Service Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Ability to stay focused, set and achieve goals, prioritize, and multitask
  • Basic typing and computer skills
