The Role:

  • Working in a call centre environment processing bookings, selling additional extras such as coverage, GPS, baby seats, additional driver cover, and luxury features etc.
  • Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person
  • Taking bookings and explaining terms and conditions to customers
  • Processing payments and ID checks correctly, including pre-authorisations / card details / credit checks etc.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our customers
  • Completing daily reports, paperwork and stock allocation
  • Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service

The Person:

  • Have a smart, professional appearance


  • Minimum 1 year customer service or telesales experience
  • Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service
  • Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Must have the flexibility to work day and/or evening hours, as well as weekends/holidays as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Ability to communicate in other languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Hebrew, German, etc.) is a plus.


  • Competitive base plus a lucrative commission plan
  • Salary starts at $12 an hour
  • 7 paid holidays
  • 2 weeks’ vacation pay starts accruing from day one at .384 a week
