Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and three years of general office, secretarial, or administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with or knowledge of the Freedom of Information Law. Experience in a legal office setting. Experience with e-mail systems, specifically Outlook, and electronic calendars. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading skills. Experience providing administrative support with confidential data and strict handling requirements.


The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Agency Ethics Officer (AEO). Specific duties will include: assisting in the development and maintenance of agency ethics request reports; assistance in the resolution of requests for ethics advice; ensuring requests are responded to in a timely manner; assistance in researching ethics inquiries; Assistance with Ethics Office correspondence; assisting other units within the Division of Legal Affairs with various office projects; serving as administrative liaison to the Operations Management Group; reviewing Freedom of Information Law requests and executive correspondence received in the Division of Legal Affairs; and other related duties.

Conditions of Employment

Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required.
Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
